For many people, alcohol or drug use by someone that they care about can be confusing and stressful. It is common to experience a range of feelings about your child´s or family member´s drug use. You may feel alone in what you are going through, or feel that you are not managing. All these feelings and concerns are normal and are part of coming to terms with a very difficult situation. As a family member or friend you may need support in what´s happening for you. Remember you are not alone. Deciding to seek support is a sign of strength and assistance allows you to take some control over what is happening in your life.
